This three star family run B&B hotel is located at the head of the Hauptplatz in the centre of Schladming.
It is just a hundred and fifty meters from the Planai station and perfect walking distance to all the local bars and restaurants. We also offer here a half board freedom menu option where you can choose which nights you want half board and which nights you sample other restaurants. (This is in conjunction with the Landstuberl Freisacher).
The bedrooms have recently been refurbished and all include en suite facilities and satellite television. There is a pleasant breakfast room a friendly bar and games room available for guests. You will also find a warm boot room and ski room situated to the rear of the hotel. A new sauna, steam room and all round relaxation area makes this our most popular Hotel. The Kleiner Steirhof
The Kleiner Steirhof is a 3 star family run hotel located within a minutes walk from the town centre. Recently refurbished, it offers a high standard of accommodation and is know for its excellent food.

A luxurious superior four star hotel located just outside the town centre approximately a hundred and fifty metres from the Planai gondola. The Sport hotel boasts a wealth of leisure, entertainment and sporting facilities many of which are detailed below. A choice of three a la carte restaurants, bar and pleasant guest lounge with nightly music and an exceptionally high standard of high service. Freedom Half-Board Menu
In response to customer feedback and in view of the current financial climate we are constantly looking to improve our products and help our valued guests. We are therefore delighted to announce this new concept. We know you want to have a nice steak, a pizza, or even a night ski and kebab but also want to have good value filling meals for the rest of the week, so working with the Landhausstuberl (The Pink House) we have come up with this simple but highly effective concept.
Each night there is a set 3 course menu available with a choice of meat or vegetarian courses plus a light green salad is served with your main course. A sample of the menu is detailed below. The cost for this is just €12.00 per adult and €6.00 for children under 12 years. You are not set to any particular nights, so you can opt in or out whenever you choose. You just need to let us know the night before, how many adults, how many children and your choice of main course it is a simple as that. If 1 or more of your party want to eat ala carte whilst the rest opt for the menu no problem, again let us know when you book the night before.
There are a few conditions to be aware of to help the smooth running of this new concept:
- The menu is fixed and cannot be altered
- The cost is fixed and cannot be altered
- The 12 year age limit is a guide only and there is flexibility within reason
- Drinks are not included
- Any changes to bookings must be advised as soon as possible
- The Menu is available from 17.30 to 20.00 hrs. All tables need to be cleared by 20.00 hrs for normal ala carte and the last recommended sitting is 19.00
- Payment is direct to the restaurant
- Booking is required the night before
